Senior Full Stack AI Software Development Engineer

Toronto, ON (Hybrid/Office) $120,000 base + equity Founding Technical Leadership Role

The Bizcom Group (www.bizcomgrp.com) is building the future of responsible and ethical AI. We’re a fast-moving AI governance startup creating Action360™, a SaaS platform enabling organizations to monitor AI systems, stay ahead of evolving regulations, and unlock innovation securely. We’re backed by domain expertise in AI governance frameworks and are now building out our technical core team.

This isn’t just another dev role. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll have founding engineer-level influence over the architecture, stack, and product roadmap of Action360™ and work directly with our leadership team to build something that scales globally.

What You’ll Own

Architect, build, and deploy our Action360™ SaaS platform end-to-end.
Define and drive technical direction, stack choices, and engineering standards.
Lead and mentor a small, high-caliber dev team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with AI/ML strategists, governance experts, and early enterprise clients.
Ensure best-in-class security, scalability, and data privacy (think ISO/IEC 42001, NIST RMF, GDPR, SOC 2).
Integrate AI/ML models and pipelines into production environments.
Lay the groundwork for future scaling and additional modules.

Your Skills

You’re highly technical and pragmatic, with a passion for shipping clean, scalable code in startup environments. You have project management experience and are ready to hit the ground running.

Core expertise:

Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Java (Spring Boot)
Frontend: React.js (or similar modern framework)
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
APIs: RESTful services, GraphQL
Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Security: OAuth2, JWT, TLS, role-based access controls
AI Integration: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face APIs is a big plus
Leadership: Experience building SaaS platforms from scratch and mentoring teams in high-growth AI settings

This isn’t just another dev role. As a Junior AI Technical Engineer, you’ll have influence and a great impact on the development of our software program and client implementations. You will report to the Head of our Technology Department and interface with our leadership team to build something that scales globally.

What You’ll Be Part Of
